About YourFlow

YourFlow is a program for value stream mapping with focus on lead time. With the program you easily map your industry flows and get support for improvements that lead to a reduction of lead time. The program keeps track of necessary information for example articles, operator workload, lead time for different parts of the flow, presentation of value adding activities, display function for analysis of specific flows and more.

Create flow map

You import a background of your choice with "Import Layout/background". The background image can be the facility layout or the production system depending on how you would like to begin your mapping. You can also begin your mapping by simply starting directly on the canvas.

Add more articles

In YourFlow you easily add articles with names of your choice, for example article -, product name or article number, in the flow. All these articles are kept in the same file making it easier to keep order and manage more flows.

Analyze a specific flow

You can in YourFlow to choose which flow that is in focus to get a better understanding and being able to carry out better analyzes. It is also possible to look at specific transport ways with the functions "View path" and "Hide all other transport types".

Supportive features

With functions as ”Not value added”, ”Parallell activity”, ”Area estimation” och ”Bottle neck indication” you create more realistic models and do better analyzes.

With the spaghetti function you can easily visualize and optimize work sequences and find the best solution. The spaghetti function can be used in the daily work to improve a set-up but also to find new solutions.

You can easily export all data from YourFlow to Excel that enables more thorough analyzes.
